Welcome to North Bethany Lake Estates, a great neighborhood situated in east Allen on the edge of Parker and Lucas, Texas. We are convenient to everything but, far enough to have peace and quiet. We are unique to be self-managed in this world of “pay someone else to do it”. Our neighborhood offers a one and half acre pond/w lighted fountains. Our neighborhood celebrates National Night Out, garage sales and special events like Outdoor Movie Night. We have 197 members, who desire freedom to enjoy their property with the least restrictive environment.
