Question and Answer Meeting on Final Covenants August 8, 7pm

Our current HOA Covenants and Restrictions were written in 1999. Many changes in laws and policies make updating our current Covenants a priority. Your HOA Board has spent the past year rewriting and simplifying these Covenants. Please plan to attend this meeting to clarify any concerns you might have. We have NOT added any new restrictions. Please review the new Covenants located on the Documents page of this web site. The Board will be sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to each member/household later in August for your family to vote. Remember, every non vote counts as a “No”. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. See you at the meeting!
