Box 2408 \uf09f Wylie, Texas 75098-2408 \uf09f Telephone: (972) 442-5405 \uf09f Fax: (972) 295-6440<br><br><strong>CONSTRUCTION<br>NOTICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahead of the TXDOT reconstruction of Angel Parkway (FM 2551), the<br>North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is relocating a sewer<br>pipeline along the west side of Angel Pkwy from E Main Street to<br>Bethany Drive. This relocation is required to accommodate the<br>TXDOT project which is already underway.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHAT TO EXPECT<\/strong><br>\u2022 The sewer pipeline work requires removing and replacing the<br>neighborhood\u2019s perimeter brick wall. Wall replacement has been<br>coordinated with the North Bethany Lake Estates Homeowners Association<br>and will be completed at the end of the relocation project.<br>\u2022 Construction will require various road and alley closures. Please safely<br>obey all traffic control signs placed within the community and follow your<br>North Bethany Lakes Estates HOA website for the latest information.<br>\u2022 Construction will be done in stages and is anticipated to be completed in<br>Spring 2023.<br>NTMWD is committed to keeping you, area residents and City of Allen<br>officials informed about this project.<br>If you have any questions or concerns, please contact NTMWD at<br>projects@ntmwd.com and reference the Angel Parkway Relocation<br>of Wastewater Pipeline Project.
