Recent Pond Treatments

Magnolia Fisheries inspected and treated the pond Sept. 19 2025. Below is important information regarding the treatment.

Terrestrial Vegetation Treatment (Sediment) – Terrestrial vegetation growing in sediment was treated. Please allow up to 14 days for the vegetation to begin to turn brown. We will inspect the treatment in 10-14 days and perform any touch up (spot) treatments at that time. We used a systemic product that will take 30-45 days to completely kill the roots. DO NOT remove vegetation for 45 days from the final treatment.

Water Primrose Treatment – The pond was treated for shoreline water vine today. The vegetation will turn brown and decompose over the next 10 days. Water primrose is resilient and retreatments will be required throughout the growing season.
