Please join us for the annual National Night Out with your neighbors and the Allen Police department at
the pond. We will have the famous Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Truck serving up your favorites! “Faces
by Darlene” and her group will be here for face painting, balloon making and removable stickers for the
kids and yes, kids at heart. Come and get personal and fire safety tips and make a new friend. Bring a

We are excited about the changes we have made and all the services we will be offering in the coming
months. We have created a Facebook page to keep us all more connected with what is going on at North
Bethany Lake and in Allen. We have moved our account to Chase Bank and hope to soon offer no cost
online secure payment opportunities for dues. Links are included to the City for code violations and to
online forms for the ACC, which are required to be submitted and approved prior to making exterior
changes.
