Our Annual Garage/Yard Sale is coming soon!! Our neighbors, “The Orchards” are not having a garage sale this Spring as announced at the Annual Meeting. We are scheduling ours the week before the City of Allen, “Great American Trashout” on April 27th. We will be promoting our sale with our announcement signs and directional signs the day of the sale. We are still looking to have Salvation Army come by later that morning around 11 to pick up donations. More details to come.

The Board has worked this past year to update our original Covenants to simplify and clarify issues and concerns. Our Revised Draft can be found on our Document Page.  We need your comments and ideas for the next 90 days till the end of June. At that time, the Board will make final changes and reposts for voting. Our goal is to have the changes voted on before the end of September. Emails of comments or concerns should be directed to the Secretary or President. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
