Our 5th annual National Night Out was another great success! We had over 50 families attend our annual ice cream, face painting and balloon making party! If you missed out, please come next year and make a friend. Fall is in the air and your Board is getting ready for the Holidays. If you haven’t sent in your vote regarding the Revised Covenant please take a moment to do so! Many people have worked many volunteer hours to make your neighborhood the place to call home. Besides all the Halloween parties and activities you might have planned, please put on your calendar Saturday November 2nd from 9am to 4pm the Chandler Elementary Carnival and Arts and Crafts Show! This is our elementary school but, it’s open to the public for attendance and also as vendors. Support your Elementary and your community. Please check this site for another update soon!

Come and join us for our annual celebration of National Night Out. Meet your neighbors and build friendships while enjoying Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Several flavors and styles will be available for your enjoyment. We also have our face painters (2 this year) and our balloon artist to keep your kids and kids at heart entertained. The Allen police should be stopping by with helpful information on crime prevention.

Our current HOA Covenants and Restrictions were written in 1999. Many changes in laws and policies make updating our current Covenants a priority. Your HOA Board has spent the past year rewriting and simplifying these Covenants. Please plan to attend this meeting to clarify any concerns you might have. We have NOT added any new restrictions. Please review the new Covenants located on the Documents page of this web site. The Board will be sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to each member/household later in August for your family to vote.
