Proposed Revision to the HOA Covenants

The Board will have a table and tent at the pond to ask questions and review the Proposed Amendments for the next two Saturdays.

On Sat May 20th join the Board from 3:30 to 6 PM – Kona Ice will be available from 4:30 -5:30. Bring the kids out and have a treat.

On Sat May 27th we will be back out there from 9:30 AM – 12 PM – DonutNV will be available from 10 -11 AM. Come down for a delicious treat and a cup of coffee.

Why did we need to amend to covenants?
1. MOST IMPORTANT- there were items that had been left out/off previously, and in 2022 there were new laws changed or added that had to include in the covenants.

2. The HOA needed a way to hold homeowners responsible for their property. This will be the last possible step to be taken.

3. The restrictions to have a shed or carport have been adjusted and the ACC has been given the authority to allow.

4. A cap has been added to limit the number of rentals in the neighborhood.

These were the main goals behind amending the covenants but not all of them.

Angel Parkway Construction Update #6

 This week should start the extended road closure in Lake Whitney Lane.
