CONSTRUCTION
NOTICE

Ahead of the TXDOT reconstruction of Angel Parkway (FM 2551), the
North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is relocating a sewer
pipeline along the west side of Angel Pkwy from E Main Street to
Bethany Drive. This relocation is required to accommodate the
TXDOT project which is already underway.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• The sewer pipeline work requires removing and replacing the
neighborhood’s perimeter brick wall. Wall replacement has been
coordinated with the North Bethany Lake Estates Homeowners Association
and will be completed at the end of the relocation project.
• Construction will require various road and alley closures. Please safely
obey all traffic control signs placed within the community and follow your
North Bethany Lakes Estates HOA website for the latest information.
• Construction will be done in stages and is anticipated to be completed in
Spring 2023.
NTMWD is committed to keeping you, area residents and City of Allen
officials informed about this project.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact NTMWD at
projects@ntmwd.com and reference the Angel Parkway Relocation
of Wastewater Pipeline Project. You may also call our main number

Angel Parkway Construction Update #2

  • Project Updates:
  • NTMWD is coordinating with Coserv as they are also relocating in this area.
  • NTMWD contractor anticipates starting construction of a bore pit North of Lake Travis Dr., next week. This will not impact traffic, trash collection, or bus routes.
  • NTMWD contractor anticipates demolishing the brick wall next week once Coserv completes their work.
  • NTMWD contractor anticipates constructing a bore pit next to the interception of Lake Whitney Lane with Lake Texoma Circle the week of April 18. Road closure in Lake Whitney Lane is anticipated for 2-3 days. Once the bore pit is complete, one lane is anticipated to remain open to allow traffic in both directions by Thursday, which will allow for the normal operation of trash collection services. NTMWD is also coordinating with Allen ISD and has communicated the anticipated road closure.
