From the City of Allen:

You may have noticed that the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is doing utility work along our wall. They will be placing an 8 inch line in preparation for the Angel Parkway widening project. As a result of this work, they will be demolishing our current wall and it will be gone for the length of the project. Plans have been somewhat fluid as the project has developed. The HOA was originally told that demolition would not occur until this summer. However, we have just been informed that demolition has been advanced to Thursday, March 31st. Once demolition starts there may be some road closures in the neighborhood.

Going forward we plan to keep you updated both here and via the HOA Facebook page. More details will be provided as soon as we have them.
